Initial assessment for repair
If your Softub has developed a fault then we are here to help. Simply book our initial assessment for repair service to get the ball rolling and provide us with some information on the symptoms/ the type of fault at check out.
We will then send you a flat packed Softub box for your hydromate. Please disconnect your hydromate from your Softub basin, let all the water drain out of the pipes (so the box doesn't get all soggy and falls apart in transit!) parcel up your hydromate and get in touch to let us know that your hydromate is ready for collection.
Our courier will collect your parcel at the agreed time and date and deliver it to our workshop for the initial assessment and fault finding process.
Once our engineers have found the fault we will contact you with an estimated cost for the repair. You can then give us the green light to proceed or ask us to return your hydromate to you without carrying out the repair.
In brief the initial assessment fee includes
- transportation box
- collection of your hydromate
- assessment by one of our engineers
- return postage
In the unlikely event that your Softub has developed a fault whilst still under warranty please call our office to arrange for a box to be sent out to you as your repair will be free of charge.
